That was Caravaggio (1571-1610), not 'the' Michelangelo of The Sistine Chapel and the Pietà (1475-1564).

Both brilliant artists, both complex tormented personalities but in a different way. If Michelangelo was rather a revered but solitary Batman, then Caravaggio was more like The Joker / Dark Knight, a dark freak on the run frequently picking violent fights.

Thanks, but I was 13 then. I'm 68 now, and would prefer a modern car with all the safety features that come with it. That '68 Road Runner is better seen in pictures for someone like me. A lot of teachable moments in that encounter, but the "old collector car" and what can go wrong is the primary theme. And this happens more often than we like to admit.

My first car was a 1967 Ford Fairlane 289. What a wonderful car.....in 1967. In 2023, it's a deathtrap.

The roads would be a lot safer if more people did this. It amazes me how most drivers have no idea how to drive in the snow. I have AWD and snow tires. I adjust my driving to road conditions but there are always the morons blowing past me only to wind up in the shoulder or ditch because they have no clue.
