Thanks for the advice in advance.
This isn't really a thread for technical questions, but more importantly, this is a forum for the 6 series from 2012-2018. There is no forum here for your car. There are forums elsewhere on the internet, so you can search your model designation like "E63 forum" or whatever it is. Once you find a forum, you need to be more specific. What is the code exactly? Are there symptoms? Who told you that you needed a new column and why? Good luck.

And I should add that if your car shares those components with more common models - like the 5 series of that era - you will probably have better luck asking there because they are more common cars and have more owners who wrench their own cars.

New Wheels just yesterday

AC Schnitzer Type 3 Racing 20x9.5/10.5. Stock suspension. Front wheel has 15mm spacer and the rears has none. Great to find a wheel that's so hard to find these days!

I love the ACS look though. But the stock look will never go wrong at least.

my 640d xDrive

Since 6 series didn't sell out that much over here in S.Korea, it's hard to find parts and information about 6 series.
But that rareness is what makes me attracted to 6 GC.

Now I gotta do some research about what parts I have to collect to retrofit ACC as my car doesn't have it.

This pictures I took today after my car getting washed from the new automative car wash shop over here and they have some new machine doing car wash w/o brushes. no brush, no scratches! just foam and water.
Considerably best option I got to keep my car clean in such a cold weather.

Thank you! I love all F06 but white was always my top choice so super glad I found one CPO at my local dealer a couple years back.

I am going back and forth between CPO 650 or M6 GC. Either way white will be my first choice!

Right...but correct the exposure. Needs to lighten up a little. But that one is more dramatic...I like it

thanks! I think right is my fav of the 2 as well. I under exposed it in post on purpose. As it 1. hides details and unwanted reflection. 2. fits the overcast vibe. 3. over exposing a dark color car has never look good to me in photos as the surround is always much brighter. Takes away from the whole feel.

I've had black, white, and silver car before. The black one was definitely a crash course on how different I needed to think on taking photos of it.
