N62 running rough with DME Codes

I have a 2004 645ci N62 running rough. Had all spark plugs replaced about two weeks ago and it ran great for about a week. Then car started running funny in 3rd and 4th gear. Suspecting there is too much fuel injecting and bogging the car down? I say that because the car wouldn’t start after some drives, but if it sat for a half hour or so it would start back up. Here’s a list of all the codes…

277F: DME Crankshaft sensor engine-speed signal
279C: DME Output stage thermostat map cooling
27A6: DME fuel injector cyl 1
27A8: DME fuel injector cyl 4
27AB: DME fuel injector cyl 3
27AD: DME fuel injector cyl 2
27B5: DME Crankshaft control inlet bank 1 output stage
27BD: DME Camshaft Control exhaust bank 1 output stage
