Handmade turkey patties (98% lean white meat) stuffed with feta and spinach over homemade lemon garlic aioli, tomatoes, cucumber slices topped with caramelized onion jam, fresh spinach leaves and feta crumbles on a toasted brioche bun accompanied by a Greek-style pasta salad. It did not disappoint.
