2. Can anyone link me a racing style tow hook for the front? Preferably in Black..I've been scouring the internet for days with nothing.

It’s honestly quite simple. All you need is gloss black vinyl wrap and a knife and trim the outline of it.

I done mine a while ago. The door strips come out with a bit of heat to warm the glue up and a prying tool to lift them off. There are small clips on the ends so lift the middle first and work to the edges. It's worth using a bit of 3M tape when putting them back on too.
