M6 headlight washing cover

I hope everyone is doing good.

My headlight washing system cover got lose. It seems like it's operated by a spring. Does anyone know how to attach this back to the spring? (Picture enclosed)

Thank you so much in advance.

Take off the bumper, compare it to the other side and match it. Most likely you will need a new spring before you get to work on it.

Thanks -- I actually tried to see what the other side was like, and I manually opened, so the spring came off also. So now I have both sides like this... any advice?

Take it to a body shop and let them handle it.
