any issues w DSC/transmission with different tire sizes?
looking to switch to 4s's and at 275 fronts and 305 rears; any issues with the software and change in tire sizes? Thanks!

It depends, you will have issues if there is a significant difference between the rear and front tire diameter. If they are not close enough together the car will not shift right or consistently.

I made the switch to those exact tires/sizes (4S plus 10 mm over stock width on factory 20" wheels) a couple months ago. Overall a positive - no issues no problems no errors no rubs - better traction with the rears hooking a bit better and slightly more sidewall protecting the wheels from curb rash if I happen to get too close. Will keeping running these sizes.

I was running 285/35 front and 315/30 rear with no issues except rubbing in the front. I replaced the front with a 265/35 and that fixed the rubbing, the 315/30 fixed the traction problems.

one more question: is it fine to use a 10mm spacer in F and R with 275F and 305R's??

Presumably a 10 mm spacer on 275 front tires would be the equivalent to running a 285 size tire. As mentioned above, a 285 size in the front creates rubbing issues when turning.
