Thinking of upgrading to a competition steering rack.

My Car needs the steering rack replaced. Immediately after i started research, I realized that the Competition models have a different rack with noticeable differences in steering feel and control. Both have different part numbers, but i'm pretty sure its a bolt off/bolt on swap.

My major concern is functionality. Has anyone successfully done this? will it require coding? or any software upgrades? any feedback would be help.

i thought the main difference was coding on the steering racks. could be physically different. what happened to replace a steering rack though?

Interesting thought. The biggest difference in driving feel between ZCP and standard cars was the rack. Let us know how it goes.

does your car feels just as good as when your original rack was working?
