Goodbye!

Regrettably, I sold my M6 earlier than anticipate it.

The three years of ownership flew by fast. I had so much fun with the car and I loved it so much. Actually felt like my car had the perfect combo. Alas, I did not have to garage space to keep it when my dream car popped up it became immediately available. It was a wild 72 hours in which over that course, I bought a car, I found a buyer for my M.

If you guys are tracking pricing, I sold it for $44 with 45k miles, with all major servicing just recently performed with over the last 12 months. My car also had $10k worth of M Performance parts on it.

Good luck and enjoy every moment. Sometimes the day comes sooner than you anticipate!

I had an opportunity to spend the final hours with it before the day of sale, so here are the final photos!

I will miss your commentary and the knowledge you have shared so readily. Glad you found a ride you like even more, though, and I hope it brings you many happy miles. Good luck, and if you come back to the treasury send a note.

sounds like you need another garage spot! you have a lot of great insight and will be missed. I'm sure in time you may come back with another M6.... and more garage space!

Cannot honestly say I'm coming back to a M6. Likely next M will be the Gen 2 M2C. But my next car swap will be the X5 into something (the X7?)

Really, I cannot think about next car at this moment. Too far in the future.

Congratulations on the new purchase!

As others have already said, your insight and expertise on this forum will be greatly missed! Being new to BMW ownership I know for a fact that the information you've shared on here has helped me immensely.

Enjoy the GT3! Beautiful spec

Thanks for the kind words guys. I'll post a bit more later.

My GT3 is a stripper spec, not even PCM is included. Just base sport chrono, full alcantara, painted wheels and fire extinguisher

So in other words, a track weapon. Enjoy it!

These cars come and go, but the memories remain.

I extend a virtual handshake your way.

Stop back in and give us a "holler" every-now-and-then. You don't have to go just because you sold the Bimmer.

Congrats on the new purchase.

I still have my E70! And I will be relying on you heavily for some information on the X5.

Yellow? Consider wrapping or painting that a different color?

..I'll be here. I'm all over the place especially if there's a 5, 6, or 7 in the nomenclature (e34/e39/f10/g30 - f06/f12/f13 - e32/e38/f01/g11 - e53/e70/f15/g05/g07)

For each their own, not a color that sells Cars for me... if yellow had a voice it would say "thank you, as only taxis knew me."

Sad to see you go Ace but that was a solid move. Will keep in touch on IG. The M6 had the wrong transmission anyways

Enjoy the 911!
