Probably because it's a gentleman's sport sedan not a sports car per se.

One could assume you can always switch it out with an M6 wheel perhaps- but yes I agree it's a bit booooorish.

I really prefer the M6 interior over the M5 but I like the conservative look of the "5" a little better- especially for day to day driving.

Me thinks the M5 needs some minor tweaks.....
