Passenger Seat Occupancy Emulator

The seat mat on my 2018 G32 640GTxi is faulty.

I want to install a seat occupancy emulator that indicates an adult occupant. If this works, it will validate the need to replace the mat, but I'd like to verify this before proceeding with the mat replacement.

I tried an emulator from KDL Technologies, but it's just setting fault codes.

Any suggestions on where to buy a compatible emulator?
