don't waste your time on the vf stage 2. I had it, its not as customizable as they market it to be. you will have a cel from it, and lacks stage 2 feel
I went to DME stage 2 and was a much better experience. it is not a dyno tune, but very satisfying.

I am running DME Stage 3 on my M6 for 5 years now! Best value for the power and they are having a sale going on right now for all tunes. Just got my Benz S63 tuned!

Before you take out the cats, try a stage 1 VF tune. Its about 720 hp at the crank and very beastly-no smell, no codes with a nice burble. You may want to adjust to that extra power first, and then progress to a little more and remove the cats if you must. 560 hp to 720 is a big jump, and you will feel that for sure. removal of cats about 20 hp I hear and you will smell gas.
