Hi Havy (or anyone reading this) , hope you don’t me asking you a question about my bumper. Looks like before I bought the car there was some bumper damage and I’m probably being fussy but it irritates me there is a bigger gap on the right end where it joins the bonnet (facing the the front) - you can see the lower part is pushed slightly towards the lens. It’s not as obvious from other angles but I know it’s there

Do you think a body shop could straighten by pulling it up 1cm or do you think a full replacement is the only way? I’ll ask my dealer when it goes in for the headliner fit but thought I’d get another opinion.

As the bumper is plastic I wonder it I could heat it up with my heat gun and simply move it slightly myself - see crude example?

Thanks in advance

Itís probably not a big comfort but mine looks the same. Also the left side. You can try to adjust the bumper with the screws inside.

Thanks, thatís very interesting - in fact now you mention it I have seen a similar gap on other cars too. Iíll have a look and see if I can adjust it with that screw - maybe it an adjustment. Thanks for the prompt advice. Regards
