such a great environment for being competitive, transparency, constructive criticism, not blaming but always moving forward with lessons, people who works for Merc' F1 is really lucky and this video shows the bigger picture about this.. at some point i feel like i missed the chance for being a part of this epic organization even with the smallest contribution.. especially since whole world and each individuals today and future is more blurry than ever before because of covid..

As the saying goes...."imitation is the highest form of flattery"....although RBR and VER are giving their all to emulate the winning ways of MB, they just can't get there.
Jealousy over the precision and winning of MB and HAM is drawing ire from those that desperately desire to imitate MB and HAM.

Does Guenther Steiner TP of Haas have a really poor management style?
Probably a nice bloke away from F1 but is continually shouting and swearing at the drivers and team the best way to get the most out of people? For example....IIRC this rant was in the Netflix F1 documentary Quote:
