In the same situation. Yesterday at 5:14am a Subaru Forrester dicked around me on a 2 lane stretch before the road goes down to one lane with no passing. Then he drove 47 in a 45 mph zone (I usually do at least 57) before it went back to 2 lanes 13 miles later and I could finally pass him

Today, I saw him coming up fast on the 2 lane but was ready for him before he did a repeat of yesterday, so today I was in front. I set my cruise control at 44 with my rear fog lights on and my rear sunshade up. When it opened up, I just took off.
