Post count question

I’m just curious. Have been posting, but note my count doesn’t change. Went to my Control Panel, then to view all my posts. Went to last page and count there is 31 higher than on my avatar or on my personal stat page. Just curious as to who/why.

Just to save an administrator the effort: only meaningful posts count, no off-topic bullshit.

(Although off-topic sub-forums seem to count as well.)

Appreciation "weight" differs as well, by the way: in off-topics you gain the least increase.

Added: this post didn't add to my count either.
