Yup it's intentional, in case you have multiple threads open it's a nice visual clue to what section of the app you are in

1.app stopped taking me to the last post in threads. It's OK on the web site.
2. suggestion: after posting draft message, app should take me to the post

Hi, I don't understand how you got this message yet, are you saying you edited a draft and then got this message after you saved that edit?

no. I created a message and wanted to saved it as a draft. On the first attempt it gave me an error, after clearing the error, the message saved without problem.

I cant reproduce this at all, does it still happen for you? I'm wondering if it was a one time problem?

My push notifications don't seem to work after the latest update, either. Tried clearing devices and clearing the cache on the app, too.

Done that multiple times even after clearing data + cache. I've just realized that everytime a notification comes in and the app is about to send one in the phone, it crashes. It just prompts an Android OS message saying Bimmerpost has crashed. Open again/send report.

I've cross-checked this to checking my notification on the forum via laptop and indeed, whenever I get that app crash notice, there's a new notification on my user panel on the forum on my laptop.

Which device are you running?

You are saying that when you are in the app and you get a notification, u see it crash right then and there, correct?

Ill do some tests right now

Not necessarily in the app. For example the "notification" of your reply (I dont get any notifications, just to be clear) sent me a system message saying "Bimmerpost has closed" or something to those words (I'll take a screenshot next time). Then to check my suspicions, I opened the app and sure enough that crash message was due to an incoming push notification (your reply above).

I'm on a Google Pixel 2 with the latest OS updates.

This is with Android 8 (or above) right? I think there was a notification change with Android 8... checking now

Yup, 8.1.0.
And it just crashed again. The message displayed was: "Bimmerpost has stopped."
