BMW m6 f06 engine replacement EU5 with EU6

Hello, I have a bmw m6 f06 2015 and my engine is dead. I bought a replacement one with only 23km, so brand new, with all the accesories included, turbos / injectors/ pumps / ECU / all included , now I have some questions since I know that EU5 and EU6 injector are not inter-exchangeable...
The deal is: my engine is EU5 and I bought an EU6 engine, everything else fits but I assume that the ECU that comes with the EU6 engine need to be reprogrammed with the VIN number and IMMO, so, I'm wondering if I can use my old eu5 ECU on this brand new EU6 engine !? or my ECU knows only EU5 injectors?

What do I need to do in this case?

Different spray pattern can't be programmed

So, what should I do in this case? to install the EU6 ECU ? What do I need to do at the ECU in order for the engine to start and run properly ? just write the vin ?

Apologies I thought you were talking about the injector. I think people with knowledge Esys can help you in this situation (they do it remotely for a fee).
