F06 640i and M6 full exhaust instalation

anybody has experience with replacing the full exhaust system in 640i factory series exhaust to the M6 2014? Will it work? im worried about opening and closing the flaps...

It will work, but the flaps won't. 640i does not have that built-in. I have seen on the F10 forum a guy managed to modify his 535i to not only open/close them, but also let the internal ECU control the opening based on various factors (mostly RPMs). I'll post that thread if I can find it.

Y do the full exhaust? You can do just the mufflers and wire tie the flaps open if u choose too Or u can do one side or just leave them closed .. I'm running m6 mufflers on my 640 with both flaps open . Sound great on sports mode but has some drone in lower rpms . I definitely don't regret making the switch

I would vote for just wiring the flaps open.

Im thinking going with just the mufflers as you say and leave one flap open one each side.

if i were to do the megan or m6 mufflers on
my f06 n55 will the mounts of the exhaust and stuff like that work fine??
