630i Acceleration Issue

Good Morning,

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Occasionally when I'm driving and more so from a static position, I press the pedal and nothing happens for a few seconds. Is this a common issue? It's happened about 6x in the past couple of days. When I'm on the motorway or long distance it's fine and it doesn't happen all the time just randomly.

This 6 series forum is nowhere near as easy to navigate as the 3 series one was! Simply put this in the convertible group but couldn't notice any sub category for different models?
