Finished
So I was able to drive home my M6 Saturday after a hair over two weeks had gone by since the motor was destroyed. Nerve wracking two weeks waiting for warranty approval and watching my car being disassembled. My technician did an amazing job. The looks and drives like it should. Brand new. Slowly breaking the car in. Will take some time as its not a daily driver. But I am glad to have this behind me and hopefully won't have to worry about this car's reliability any longer.

Glad you got your car back on the road...But you should consider keeping this all in one thread. It's rather scattered now with 3 separate threads and would be easier for someone in your position down the road to follow your rebuild process.

I don't want anything to do with that thread now. I purposely created a new thread, as I want to move forward positively and kind of forget about that first month and a half of ownership.
