BMW Software Update site not working?

Hello, Im trying to update software through USB but when I enter my VIN on the site https://www.bmw.com/en/footer/software-updates.html, It says an error has occurred. I tried my another VIN but it says the same thing.

How can I download the update? Or is there another way I can get that file

I tried it for mine and got the same error message 14 M6GC CP

I tried earlier and the site worked for my car and also my wife’s. Based in the U.K. if that makes any difference.

Just checked for updates for my VIN, site is up and running.
