Thanks! Yes, it is gloss black vinyl wrap. I added the carbon fiber splitter, side skirts, and diffuser and wanted them to stand out so I added some vinyl wrap accents around the lower part of the car and also a silver pinstripe. I personally love the look and people really notice the carbon fiber add ons now. Thanks for the compliment!

No, it is not wrapped. It is actually the AFE matte carbon fiber engine cover. I wanted a gloss carbon fiber cover but AFE stopped making them and they are difficult to find. Also the used ones I have seen have issues with the clearcoat cracking and yellowing over time from the heat if the engine. I just played it safe and went with the matte. Here is a pic without the flash where you can really tell it is matte carbon.

New to me. 2104 Black Sapphire 6MT 25,000 miles. What a monster! so much fun to drive. Getting Paint correction, PPF and Ceramic next week.

Just swapped out the chrome kidney grills for black ones today, I feel it makes a massive difference to the car. Looks much better.

The black Merc in the background. They made a 3 row R-Class with the 6208cc V8 in it for a few years. They are very very rare.

Can't get to a more picturesque location, but after nearly 3 years and 20k kms since proper detail, only based on amateur DIY maintenance wash, occasional paint work decontamination and sealant and wax she still cleans up quite nicely. Stuck except for MPS4S replaced the useless OEM P-Zeros the day I bought it, and the sound system was completely re-done to match the monster's other capabilities.

I've been going around the question of "what would replace this" for months, from 2-seater sports cars (R8 RWS, C8 Corvette - when they one day will start selling them here down under, Cayman GTS) to SUVs (Velar SVA, X5M, F-Pace SVR, RS Q8) and more comparable sedans and estates (F90 M5, RS 4/5/6) but nothing seems to be that appealing, particularly considering the extra investment of anything between $50k and $100k AUD... Especially on these days when a little extra maintenance makes it look like this... 😇
