Bootmod3 Stage 1 Issues

I have a 2014 650i with the N63Tu engine flashed on stage 1. Recently I've been having drivetrain malfunctions and CEL pop up when I'm on throttle. The car starts shaking afterwards and when I turn it off then on again the issue is gone. Replaced the spark plugs with NGK 97506 and the issue is still here. When I have the car flashed back to stock there's not a single problem. Here are the codes that the car threw. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

What did you gap the plugs to? Those codes aren't related to misfires but let's start there.

I had the mechanic install them and was told he followed the install guidelines. Somewhere in the 0.2' range I believe. I'm not sure it would be the plugs as I've had these problems even before I got new ones.

I think you mean .02 and I agree it's not the plugs.

Going to replace coils and injectors. I believe this should fix the problem.

Injectors have extended warranty from bmw. Known problem. Even most tuned cars have had no problem getting it covered.
