Question for the tech, Oil- consumption

Hello i know there's a lot of information about this on the forum but i wanted to open a thread for my specific case.

The car is sitting at 70k miles i bought it with 52k and change the oil every 3000k miles with amsoil 5-30 , stock engine and i barely push the car mostly just cruising.
Seems like the car is consuming 1qt every 800 miles which i think is insane and maybe there's something wrong with it i want to know what are the parts that I need to look up in order to fix this any input would be appreciate it thanks...

I've seen so many different responses when it comes to this. I was getting the same message every 700-800 miles also.

I changed my crankcase valve vents. They get clogged. I'm still under warranty under my cpo 15 M6 so I did not pay.

Ever since then I'm on 2900 miles with no add a quart message. I also change my oil every 3k miles.
