Out with the old, in with the new

Doing a few things these days to my SMB F12, thought I’d share.

I’ll add to this thread as I do more. Still waiting on a yellow Start/Stop button to match the M1/M2. Went with the yellow accents to compliment the yellow Brembos.

Cool! Where did you end up buying the wheel from?

I like the flat bottom and s was m looking at Dinmann and Carbontastic myself because I like the CF top/ bottom sections.

Thanks! I purchased the wheel and carbon bezel from a forum member. Not sure where he got it but it’s an OEM BMW base that was custom done. Night and day compared to the stock steering wheel.

Did you notice any buzzing sound coming from the new projector lights? I've read elsewhere that some of these cheaper LEDs tend to emit a high pitched buzzing sound if they're cheaply made.

Can you link the specific item you purchased please? I found a set which I posted above and I'm about to pull the trigger on that one but would like to see if your option has any better feedback.

Thank you!

I read that also, but haven’t noticed anything on the set I purchased.

Here’s the link :

Car Door Light Logo Projector... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S1L7815...p_mob_ap_share

*Edit*

Link is no longer valid, vendor isn’t showing up on Amazon any longer. The lights came in a set of 4 and were $18.99. Vendor name on amazon is HenLight

That blue looks amazing! Thats a nice clear pic of the car!

I have the same front spoiler had it for about 2 years still holding up ,I rolled on some raptor liner ,I scraped a few times pretty bad going into to some driveways and no damage to the spoiler ,What happens is the fiber is so thin the pavement grinds it away and you damage the resin and cracks to the front,IND also sells a rubber sticker protector for the front lip also

21” Vorsteiner VFF 103 in Carbon Graphite paired up with BMS 12mm spacers up front only. Turned out just right! Rear offset is +18 so no spacers needed.

Those look amazing! Do the Vorsteiner's weigh any less than the OEM 343s?

Can you take a view from the rear quarter showing the offsets and the curvature of the wheels? Man I love that set.

I think with the 18 offset and the spacers up front the stance is exactly where I want it.
