M6 rear suspension install question

Does anyone have specifics on what needs to be removed to get access to rear strut upper bolts. I have heard rear speaker removal is necessary, and then also heard entire rear shelf panel removal is necessary. Specific car is F13 M6 coupe.

I've been looking at this thread as a guide, since the F10 and F06 are similar. The take away is that one would need to use angled wrench to get to the strut tower nuts without removing the entire deck.

I'll be attempting in next few weeks and will update.

It is by no means an easy job on a 6 series and the detailed (very well made) DIY guide confirms it. Must be super satisfaction especially for those who manage it on their own.

On the other hand it is only unscrewing certain things to reach the coil over. Did you ever build an IKEA closet? without an instruction it is a major task but with an instruction it is manageable. you are not modifying the space shuttle.

Yes sure you possess the necessary experience to perform these jobs if you have done the same or similar stuff on other cars. I for one, even with instructions, I find some Ikea stuff not so straight forward to mount.
