Window Sticker Background

Not sure if I asked this here before, but does anyone know where to find the background image(s) used for the BMW Monroney labels? I'd like to recreate my sticker (bought the car 2nd hand, didn't get it) but I'm missing the background image to go with it.

Bump. I'm surprised nobody in this group can find the image used on the window stickers. Any help would be appreciated.

You are assuming we know what image you are talking about. I have my original window sticker from 2015 and there is no background image. It's just white.

OK, I looked. The newest sticker I saw was 2005 - more than 10 years ago. Somebody was supposed to find you a picture of a road from more than a decade ago? Why? Seriously, why do you care about recreating your window sticker? And why do you assume that newer stickers have a background image?

Why do I assume newer stickers have background images? Here's why:




I purchased my F13 M6 Coupe pre-owned, and didn't receive the original window sticker, so I'm trying to recreate it in Illustrator and need the correct image. I already have bkank OEM stickers and a large format printer, all I need is the right photo.

Either you're able and willing to help, or you're not. Seems your inclination is to the latter. So, please. If you can't help, so be it, but please don't clutter up the thread with negativity.

at least about 8 years ago, you could go into the dealership and they can print you an original sticker. I haven't tried recently.

My M6 was a CPO, so it only came with a smaller CPO sticker.

No negativity. I was trying to get you to provide more details of an ambiguous post. You asked for "the image" - when in fact it may be a road, trees, or no image at all. You could have said "I'm look for the image of trees used in 2017" or whatever, but I've used more words than you have.

I think the cutoff date is 2 years, and mine is a '13, so I'm 5+ years out. I was down at the Elizabeth NJ VPC back in May and even they couldn't access the data. So I have to do what I can to reconstruct on my own.

Hmmm....i bet there would be considerable interest in this on the forums. Please keep is posted on what you find. I would buy one of these. By the way, what state are you located in?

There are outfits that will reproduce the window sticker, though they are expensive - upward of $150 or more.

I've been reconstructing on and off over the past couple months. I'm pretty close, now. I'll post here when I've got it finished.
