If You do clear make sure, to do full panels like full hood and full fenders. They usually just do full bumper and front half of hood and fenders to cut cost. The issue is when you take the clear film off, half the hood is a different color shade than the other half.

is there any otherway so that the color would not be different when the wrap is remove?

I'm a little confused as to what you are trying to achieve?
Why do you only want to wrap the hood?
Aside from doing a carbon fiber wrap, which will still look weird IMO, any other option aside from a clear bra makes little sense. If you do clear bra the hood, then make sure you do the whole hood, there is no other way to ensure that the underlying paint looks the same after removal of the bra.

^confused here as well.
No matter what there will be a color difference between panels if some panels are wrapped and others aren't.
Depending on variables like amount of sunlight the vehicle is exposed to, the portion of the panel wrapped, and transparency of film. You'll notice it more or you might not.

For example, If your hood is wrapped in carbon fiber and the rest of the car is stock color, when you remove the wrap the color under the vinyl wrap will be darker than the non-wrapped panels because they were exposed to "sun bleaching".

Btw this is no Honda Civic, do not wrap any part of your car in carbon fiber vinyl.
