Removing glue from old window stickers

Hi All,

Need advise on what product to use to remove glue from old window stickers and a bumper sticker without damaging the paint or glass. I saw some products on amazon but reviews were mixed. Any help is much appreciated!

Best,
Alex

WD40...spray it on a cloth rag (don't use paper products because it absorbs the lubricant into the paper product..basically wicking it away from what you're trying to lubricate)...then hold the rag on the area where the glue is. This will soften the glue and allow you to rub/clean it off. Once the glue is gone, then use soapy water to clean off the residue. This works excellently...especially on glass.

It is also good at removing tar from your bumpers and lower trim...especially after driving through a work zone where they are doing patch work with asphalt.

I’ve used ‘goof off’ over the years with remarkable success
