I know that we have all bagged on the 8GC, but I say a black M8GC on Santa Monica Boulevard yesterday that was 100% Bad Ass. 100. %.

Saw a few 8 coupes and 8 GCs and they are "nice" from the standpoint that they still look better than many other sedans and coupes. However, they seem like they are trying too hard with all the fake air dams and lines. Where as the 6 looks timeless, sleek, elegant, aggressive, and "bad ass" as well! Finally, the 8 is WAY overpriced, which is great because sales will be slow (already are), demand will be low (already is), and depreciation will be high (already happening). This means that in a few years, if we choose to, it will make a nice winter beater car (assuming I need to get rid of the 6GC "winter beater")!

I will add one more thing, the 8 is the best looking car in the BMW line up currently (which isn't saying too much as I'm not a fan of the direction they are going). The new 4 officially takes the award for the ugliest. Seriously, what were they thinking. The grill, especially with a US license plate, is just atrocious and awkward. Only a tool will buy one.

Even worse is the new M4, straight up pig nosed. Add a US license plate on it, and it completes the hot mess of terrible design.
