Launching in 2nd Gear with 8 speed auto safe?

I have the XHP transmission tune - Stage 3. I see an option to launch in 2nd gear. Would the transmission stress be more than 1st gear?

I don't get tracking in 1st. Also I have a MHD tune, they added a anti-lag option. With both setting combine I would imagine a good launch. I am only worried about the stress on 2nd gear starts.

I have both XHP and MHD.

From what I’ve heard, the anti-lag option is not good for the turbo, and rapidly increases wear.

I can’t speak for the 2nd gear start. In my opinion, I would just leave those options alone.
