ESYS Help

ESYS Newbie here

I've just managed to get ESYS 'launched', which i thought was a major step forward

After connecting the cable, with ignition on, when i press the connection button, below is what i get instead of the target car selection that i expected?

any suggestions please?

Hi Jay,
try turning the car off for 20-25 minutes so that all ECUs are asleep. Then try the connection again. Also check with another Ethernet cable and make sure the connection is established.

Thanks guys,

turned out that something wasn't right with the psdzdata, all good after re-installing that part.

i'm in coding heaven now although the first code i tried didn't work, and then it got dark, i had to wrap up!

i've picked up F30 coding cheat sheets, any other suggestions are most welcome.

Great to her it's sorted out. For 6 series, F10 coding options (F10 cheat sheet) are the ones that are "closest" since F30 and newer models have ECUs that 6 series doesn't have and this may confuse one when looking for certain options which may be different or simply not work.
