One thing i'm wondering, will putting on catless down pipes prevent the car from passing the emission test?

Technically yes.. but the right spot.. a certain mechanic.. will take the “grease”

My 650 is super quiet, I wish it had that throaty 8 cylinder sound but I live in the Chicago area and the state does test emissions. Is there an option that will do that without voiding the car warranty as well?
