Best oil type for this car?

Yes I've searched but there's about 18 different opinions on oil type and brand to use on this m6. I bought my 15' M6GC 8 months ago and have driven it 3500 miles since. It had an oil change right before I bought it but another is due by 2/19 and I checked my oil level today and it's a notch above min. I figured this week I'll go ahead and get a change but I wanted to check if bmw brand 5w-30 is what to go with or 0w-30 or 5w-40...I've seen ppl on here speak of all three types

If you use your car mainly on the road (not Tracking) go with the OEM 5W-30.

My local dealer uses 0w-30 for the M engines, but the manual says either 0w-30 or 5w-30 are acceptable.
