Plenty of people have done 325/25r21 and the offset tends to be around 20mm. I don't know of anyone with 325/25r20 and honestly they are a bit too short anyway.

After I burn through my 305 cup 2's these are next on my list. I'm running a 20x11 et27 rear wheel, so hoping I don't run into any rubbing issues...

Rear tyres look spot on, but front tyres look a size too big - that’s just my opinion, though... |

Do you mean too tall or too wide?

Happy to answer any questions re my particular set up.
The front wheels are HRE 20X9.5 ET28 with 275/35/20 MPSS All the carbon is from RW Carbon. I had no quality or fitment issues, very satisfied. |

Thank you for all the details.
My car is a 2013 still on stock rims. Rear tires are Michelin, fronts are Pirelli. I have a tune and an exhaust. My traction control intervenes in turns which I consider not aggressive at all. It also kicks in when I floor it, even at 45 mph. That is due to the monster power the OpenFlash tune makes. And wider tires may take care of the problem. At least improve it a little. Is the fact the front and rear have two different tire brands the only factor disturbing my traction control in mild turns? Has anyone had this issue caused by two different brands on the front and rear? |

The mixed tires have nothing to do with the Intervention of the TC. It is always or only when the tires and road is cold? It could be due to the power. 560+HP is a lot.

Front Pirelli P-Zero 265/35/20
Rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport 295/30/20 All tires have very good tread. The sizes are correct factory sizes. Both tires are approved by BMW. I know that the straight line traction issues are caused by too much power. My question really is if anyone has had issues with the two brands mixed on an M5 or M6 like I'm having with traction control intervening in mildly aggressive turns? I have had this problem on a Porsche Turbo when I mixed brands. The only remedy was to switch to Michelins all around. After I did that there was no more premature traction control intervention in turns. Some cars are more sensitive than others. |
