Connected Drive functions absent

Hi all! Owner of a 2015 f13 M6 here. I love my Connected Drive services here in the UK. Yea, they aren't Google Maps, but I love other functions too (online search, weather, send destination from phone...). Occasionally, my car seems to forget it has this functionality. No RTTI, or anything. It's as if the function has disappeared completely. The Connected Drive entry front the menu screen is there, but there's very little else to see when you drill into that menu item. When I bought the car, a 3rd party check up told me the fuse had been pulled from the required comms box. The Connected Drive functionality has worked, but occasionally the function just refuses to exist in the car. Any ideas what this could be? A loose wire/fuse?

Has 3G services started to end in the UK? When you go to the BMW ONLINE prompt in iDrive…does the icon in the upper left corner say 3G?

I'm pretty sure it's still running. When the Connected Drive function IS working, I do believe you can see the 3G icon. It seems to be quite random when this functionality stops working. I don't think it's anything to do with anything outside the car, more, a module within the vehicle that is a bit hit or miss...
