Quick Advice: Used M6 Convertible - which one to get?

Dear Forum-ers

I am about to buy a used M6 Convertible.

After a lot of research and many lovely hours on these forums, I have decided on the following priorities (in order of priority):
1. Must be a 2014
2. MUST have executive and driver assistance packages
3. Low miles. Ideally under 15k. Maximum 35k
4. Red interior
5. Competition package

I do of course understand that its hard to get everything in a used car. But I have found 2 that come close

Choice One has 12,000 miles, but does not have Red interior or Comp package. seller asking $70k

Choice Two has everything (comp package, exec package, driver assistance, red interior). Seller asking $75k. But has 35,000 miles

Any advice? what would you get if you were in my shoes? Frankly, if Choice Two had a little less miles, it would have been a no brainer.

Is it possible to change the seats to Red at a non ridiculous price?
Is 35k miles just at the cusp of problems starting up?
Should I negotiate the prices further down or do they seem reasonable?

Neither car is CPO or being sold by a BMW dealer. Both are at used-car dealerships.

would love the experienced reactions of this group. Many thanks.

I would be leaning to the lower milage car ... assuming both were not in accidents ...

I tend to agree with you.....12k versus 35k miles on a car is basically ~2 years of extra usage....
