Carly with Bimmertech NBT EVO Retrofit

Hi,

A year ago I installed the Bimmertech NBT Evo retrofit from Bimmertech. I was wondering if anyone here who has it has tried to use Carly with it. If so, did any of the features mess with the custom coding they set up?
I did oil changes at the dealer with no problems as well as other diagnostics etc. with no issues, but I heard stories where Carly messed with cars that did not even have custom coding, so I was wondering if anyone has tried this combo and what the experience was.
