2015 650I GC upper oil pan gasket leak...

Dealer says the upper oil pan gasket-is leaking. Also said the differential bushing that goes through the sub frame. And the differential bushings in front of the rear differential are worn. Is any of this DIY projects? Dealer looking for 5k.
And if I get this done do the differential parts and oil pan gasket intersect.
Any other thing that I should consider doing if I move on this upper oil pan gasket leak. The car has 80K but rides with no problem. Is this a leak I should worry about? No lights on the dash.

You don't say if the car is XDrive or rear wheel drive. The oil pan is a much easier job on a rear wheel drive car. I would not classify it as an easy job, but much easier. Everything is a DIY job if you have the aptitude and tools. But any job underneath the car is a royal pain if you don't have a lift. But under no circumstances would I pay a dealer to do that work. Find a recommended indy shop and it will be cheaper and probably better.

And as to whether you should worry, hard to say without seeing it, but I'm guessing it's not urgent. A dealer has a huge incentive to find issues and tell the uninformed owner that a repair is needed. BMW engines leak. They are known for that. But there is a huge difference between a weeping gasket and one that puts an oil pool on your garage floor. If you can't assess these issues yourself, it might be worth the small amount to have an indy give a second opinion. Tell them you already know it's leaking, but you just want to know how badly. Same with the bushings.
