F12/F13 M performance trunk spoiler

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Purchased and installed part number 51622327610 on my 2015 M6 Gran Couple. Apparently this is not the correct part number and only fits the F12 and F13 chassis(small gap on the trailing edge of spoiler). The spoiler was been installed for less then a week and in new condition. I will cut my losses and order the correct part number. This spoiler retails for $662, purchased for $565.
$450 or best offer

my understanding is that these are interchangeable. That is the PN I have on my GC and it fits PERFECTLY. You might try realigning?

The leading edge(top of the trunk) is a perfect fit. The trailing edge(back side of the trunk) isn't making a proper seal and has a small gap. You can see the double sided tape not making direct contact with the trunk. It's hardly noticeable but still bothers me. At first I thought it was manufacturers defect but after doing some research, part number 51-62-2-405-506 is the correct spoiler for the gran coupe. I'm hoping that part number will take care of the gap.

I had to redo mine for the same reason. The spoiler wasn't slid forward all the way.
