I would do the black ones, I did the burnt tips and kid of wish I had the black ones, but do like the “rocket booster” look as one individual so eloquently put it lol

Installed my lower diffuser from EB Motors and debadged. I definitely think a lowering is in order next.

Looks great! Can you post up wheel and tire specs and if dropped?

Thanks

Nice! Personally I don't think it needs to be lowered - looks awesome as is!

I agree 100% with Vorpel. No lowering needed. It will make the car looks cheap.

Not the car per se but I think if you lower the 6 GC too low it’s loosing the elegance of it. Particularly the one on the pics looks great like it is.
But hey, it’s only my personal opinion.

Take a look at lowering 6ers. Looks sleek and aggressive. Stock fender gap is a bit to big, drop is only a inch or so.

Got my F06 back from the body shop today. When it was delivered 2 months ago the transport guy accidentally dipped the front end and gouged the left and right sides of the bottom of the bumper. There was also a spot about the size of a silver dollar on the left quarter panel where the clear coat was coming off...

It is all fixed now and looks awesome. The transport guy covered the cost of the bumper repair and I ate the cost of the clear coat repair.

Added one last touch today - had the body shop close up the license plate bracket holes and put on my new license plate and bracket!

Okay - got several things done to my car:

1. Wrapped the chrome door inserts (way easy!)
2. Got the spoiler installed
3. Tinted ("smoked out") the tail lights
4. Tinted the side reflectors
5. Tinted the headlights (they look great but check the picture below to see the light output difference - most likely going to have to redo with lighter tint. The comparison is my wife's F15 - same headlights/package between the two)

...but the flip side to tinting the headlights is...on-coming traffic probably appreciates it. I guess in this case, its a better for them vs better for you.

I had my local Tint World do it. I will ask what the film is.

I think I'm going to redo the headlights with the lighter tint and see how it looks.

Thanks! I didn't think tinting the brake lights would make that much of a difference but now it's my favorite!
