All this heated steering wheel malarkey is a complete anathema to us Aussies.... couldn’t think of anything worse... I love my cooled seats though, I Have never used the heated option and probably never will. Granted us antipodeans dont usually get the biting cold of the northern hemisphere. I’ve lived in the UK a few years back and can recall a Range Rover I had did have a heated steering wheel it was novel , like holding a warm towel rail... just made me want to urinate.... at the risk of sounding churlish...you lot have heaters in your 6ers.... cmon toughen up

Keep us posted as to how that goes whenever you bring it in. Mine heats up very quickly but doesn't get all that warm. Definitely doesn't get to a point where it would ever get me to turn it off.

in all seriousness, I hope you get it solved , it does sound like the element in the rim might be on the way out. In my limited experience with HS I recall they heated up quick and well. 31’ c here in Sydney today.... most certainly not heated steering wheel weather Cheers all |
