Software and Maps update

Hey wanted to know, I recently got a 2015 650i GC, with production date of 04-22-2014. Code type F06/6B43

With the following info from the Maps details screen:

North America
BMW Group
112132.3.114
Road Map NORTH AMERICA next
2014-2A

NBT_016255A

I am wondering if anyone knows if there are any iDrive or Maps updates and if they can point me to the file.

Thanks in advance

All the map updates generally get posted in the F30 forum, it's probably the most active.

For software updates there is a BMW site you can just google. The updates are not much, just mostly bluetooth stuff I think.
As for maps, you need 2 things - the map files and a code - I think it's called an FSC code. I have not used a forum link like posted above, but I guess people do. I email a guy and send my VIN and he sends back a link to map files and the code. I download the files to a thumb drive and drive around for a half hour or so while they load in my car. It's pretty easy, although the download takes a few hours. The thumb drive needs to be formatted in FAT 32 or some such thing. The cost is about $50. I do it every other year or so. Your maps are way out of date. If you are not comfortable at even that level of computer stuff, you can also buy a thumb drive with the files already loaded.
