usb flashes on/off doesn't charge... same with outlet plug

hey guys,

2014 m6 the usb and cigarette outlet in the center glove box all of the sudden started acting up. The charger port blinks on and off
the cigarette adapter was used for the camera also stopped working and started blinking on and off
checked all the fuses and they seem ok. non damaged

any idea what to do

and anyone needs ecu tunning I have the hook up for most euro cars
