BMW 4G LTE Add On in USA?

Hey,

Does anyone have the official BMW 4G LTE add on and can you add it to ATT's $20 unlimited 4G LTE car plan?

I think it was announced for the US but only released in the EU.

Here is more information: https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/globa...gy?language=en

and here is the ATT plan I am referring to: https://www.att.com/plans/connected-car/bmw.html

Has anyone purchased this before and tried to add to the ATT 4G $15 a month car plan?

ATT doesn't say it's LTE speeds though. It's probably cheaper to get a mobile hotspot in the neighborhood of $20 for 2 GB that gets you LTE, and not just be limited to your car.
