Driver side window stuck

Hello.
Today morning temperature was on minus degrees.
I was trying to open driver side doors.
Trying to open few times and finally open but…
Window is dropped a bit and there’s no reaction when I trying to use button from inside either up or down nothing happened and I don’t hear anything.
Rest of the windows working fine.
Normally I was able to open/close all windows with remote.
Now it’s now possible.
Can someone advise where start to try get it fixed?
Is it fuse or motor?
