Rear Spoiler
Hello, I just picked up a pre-owned 640i GT and the rear spoiler fails to operate. It did work when I left the dealership and now it will not raise or lower. Is there a fuse that needs to be checked or is the motor shot?

Spoiler operation
Are you pressing and holding the button to make the spoiler go down? Just a quick touch won't do it. If you leave it in the down position, it will deploy and retract automatically at the right speeds.

Mine deploy at 120kph (~75mph) and lower at 70kph (~45mph).
Agree with JDP. Must hold button until fully up or down. Lawyers designed the car so no pinched fingers.

Tried that
Thanks for the replies, but I have tried the suggestions. The module is shot and it will cost a pretty penny to get it fixed. It will not auto-deploy at speeds >70mph. Guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet to get it fixed.
