I recently installed the Burger Motorsports Stage 1 kit. I wanted something that was easy to install/remove (when taking it to the dealer) and offered the most power gains. All I can say is DAMN!!! It was simple to install and now when I'm in comfort+ it feels like sport mode and then some! Sport mode and Sport+ are amazing! The car is so fun to drive again... like when I first bought it.
Burger says 60whp on the 650. With exhaust and air cleaner even more! I've only added an exhaust at this point. I'm guessing I'm right around 530hp now. |

I'm running bootmod3, absolutely the best tune I've ran to date. Huge gains and car pulls hard.

It's just a flash, done via enet cable and a laptop. You can also buy or build a WiFi agent and use your phone. There is an app in the store. I built one from a raspberry pi. I've ran both 91 and 93 stage 1. The car is insane now in sport+ mode, easily keeps up and passes other sports cars. The creator told me it's about 100hp gain but honesty because it reworks the whole engine it's not just about the hp. I'll run stage 2 next but need to get catless downpipes. Best investment I've made to date and would never look back. I'm not a fan of piggy back devices as they only trick the car in to adding hp by increasing maf resistance. Flash is the only way to go

I am on Burger right now and it is an improvement over stock. Its on loan from my mechanic, so I will be doing the doing the Bootmod in next few weeks. He says on this engine the Burger is ok, but is more beneficial on the 6 cylinders. Bootmod is next, and then ultimately once the Pure Turbos upgrade goes in, its only 40$ or so to remap bootmod ( I think i am using correct terminology)
I cant resist having an AWD luxury sedan making 678whp....

Have you tested the V-MAX removal? What is your 0-100 km/h perception? Will it break the 4 seconds "barrier"? |

Thanks for all the posts so far - keep 'em coming!
I am definitely interested in this - just need to do some base research so I know what's what. |

While we know the "figures" obtained depend on many factors (ambient temp, wheels weight, tires, driver's technique, full vs. low fuel tank to name a few), I am definitely interested in some concrete feedback as to 0-60 mp/h acceleration and what top speed such a car (if the track allows it...) could reach while in a 530-550 HP range. |

Yes I am very interested and will most probably go the BOOTMOD 3 way as that removes the V-MAX 100% they told me. Therefore whoever have this implemented please give your feedback and some numbers if you had a chance to measure. |

I am trying to see what Stage1 would look like but the app now requires me to log in to view anything.
Anyone know what the current 650i xDrive Coupe stage1s look like? |

I just had the car flashed with ESS Tuning map, its like a different car , website says its 550+ HP. The process was easy and simple and worth the money.I ran into a problem and called ESS and AJ stayed on the phone for 30 minutes until the issue was resolved. I have an M6 with Dinan stage 2 and i only went with that route cause the car was under warranty at that time.If i have to re-do the m6 i would gladly go with ESS.
