I hate how service reps, who typically know very little, have to act as a middle man between the techs and the customers. That is a ten-line message that contains exactly zero information. But it should have ended with "have a good day have a good week, have a good month and year, and if your grand kids graduate from college anywhere near here, feel free to swing by and see how we are doing with your car."

dealership finally replaced the fan and fan relay, should have car back tommorow. Yes really its been there since july 12 which is crazy... the summer is over and barley got to use the 650 sad...

yeah wish I could have but they started the warranty so they had to finish it. in the end no money outta my pocket..

Good god - doesn't instill confidence, does it? Try to get them to converse with you via email as much as possible so you have what they're doing written down.

Maybe give BMW NA a call and tell them what's going on to see if they'll authorize you to bring it to another dealer. That's all I can think of. There are plenty of better educated guesses here as to what's going on mechanically.
